Rostec has Started Supplying Next Generation Hardware for Supercomputers

Ruselectronics holding has started supplying next generation hardware for supercomputers. The hardware is more space-saving compared with previous versions. The solution is able to connect servers in a powerful computer cluster for complex scientific, engineering and industrial computations. Factories of one of the largest Russian manufacturing company are the first customers.

The hardware includes high-end servers, 24-port switches and adapters for the next generation Angara high-speed network.

The Angara network hardware provides server consolidation in a common computer cluster for computation with high-intensity data exchange and super low latency between the cluster nodes. The new solution has been developed by Research and Development Center of Computer Technology (NICEVT, included in Ruselectronics holding, Rostec State Corporation).
