A batch of new Su-35S has been delivered by Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aircraft Plant named after Yury Gagarin (KoAAP), United Aircraft Corporation. The combat aircraft flew to their home airfield.

The Su-35S were accepted by technical services and passed the factory test. Each fighter was tested in air in various flight conditions.

4++ generation fighters manufactured by KoAPP have been supplied within the program for the current year. The previous batch of fighters was delivered in 2022.

“Thanks to the government support, the UAC companies involved in the state defence procurement program, including Komsomolsk-on-Amur Plant, received significant amount of finance under a technology upgrade and manufacturing modernization program. New manufacturing sites and facilities have been launched. All this enables mass production and output to be increased,” said Yury Slyusar, General Director of United Aircraft Corporation. “We will keep all our obligations under the concluded contracts. The next batches of the Su-35 are currently in the manufacturing process. In addition, more fifth generation Su-57 fighters are to be supplied to the Russian Aerospace Force this year.
