RT-Techpriemka, a company included in Rostec State Corporation, has opened acceptance centers in Shanghai and Chengdu. They will check the quality of products supplied from the PRC, perform audit of factories and assess whether their products meet national standards and regulations. Cooperation in the field of technology will be another area of focus for the centers — they will facilitate experience exchange between the two countries and establishment of appropriate production processes in Russia.

Russia’s first acceptance centers in Shanghai and Chengdu provide a positive and transparent mechanism of interaction with Russian industry to Chinese manufacturers. Compliance assessment and manufacturing inspection will be now carried out directly in the PRC. This will speed up supplies, ensure that products meet Russian standards and streamline the entry of manufacturers from both countries to co-markets.

Moreover, it is planned to implement computer-aided manufacturing, industrial robot installation and intelligent quality control system projects in cooperation with Russian and Chinese companies.

“Opening of Russian acceptance centers in China is an important step in the enhancement of Russia-China cooperation and formation of new international quality infrastructure. Our centers will serve as an independent inspection tool for Russian companies at all manufacturing stages, enabling them to reduce risks and ensure fulfillment of contracts. Establishment of the centers reflects Rostec’s commitment to strengthening technological sovereignty of Russia and promoting the national quality control system abroad,” said Vladlen Shorin, General Director of RT-Techpriemka.
