Rostec is among the group of the world’s leading companies in the development and production of modern types of weapons, military and special-purpose equipment. Almost a half of Russia’s total state defence procurement program falls on the Corporation. The state defence procurement program is the priority mission of Rostec and its completion is traditionally kept at the 100% level.

Prominent brands such as Kalashnikov group, Uralvagonzavod, High-Precision Systems holding, etc., are among Corporation’s manufacturers of the state-of-the-art types of weapons, military and special-purpose equipment.

About 80% of military weapons and equipment involved in the special military operation are currently produced by the companies included in the State Corporation.

Rostec’s companies have increased the output of products exponentially since the beginning of the special military operation. In particular, the output of cannon artillery projectiles has increased by dozens of times by some types of products, and the output of armored vehicles and tanks has increased by 5.5 times and almost 7 times, respectively.

The State Corporation structure also includes Rosoboronexport — a specialized national exporter of military products.
