Kalashnikov Concern was the first in Russia to develop the KUB-10ME tactic class guided munition (GM) system with a flight range more than 100 km. The system has been developed in record-breaking time with consideration of the experience gained from wide use of GM in the special military operation zone.

Fundamental difference of the new system is in its electrooptical guidance system that is used to kill moving targets, and in higher protection against electronic warfare and air defence systems. Moreover, it has an aerial photography and videography system with air-derived data recording.

The new Kalashnikov’s GM is designed to hit precisely enemy soft-skinned and light armored vehicles; armored personnel carriers; division, battalion and surface-to-air missile battalion command posts, including electronic warfare vehicles and personnel protected by body armor.

The KUB-10ME can fulfill missions at altitudes from 80 m to 1800 m with a cruise speed of 120 km/h during the day and night, in favorable and adverse weather conditions, with gusts of wind up to 10 m/s, in the temperature range from –30 °С to +40 °С.
