Rostec State Corporation has proposed to teach students from Venezuela in leading Russian universities on the basis of a quota set by the Government of the Russian Federation. Rostec’s educational tracks in biomedical, aircraft, ammunition, optical-electronic and IT sectors for new generation of engineers may be adapted for foreign personnel.

It is planned to deliver training in Russian with introduction of some elements in English. Foreign students will receive preliminary language training. For adaptation and effective learning, tutoring will be provided by professionals from Rostec’s companies. A system of grants provided by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education is also in progress.

A wide range of universities, which are basic for Rostec, are involved in international professional training in favor of Rostec partners. Among them are Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Moscow Institute of Radio, Electronics and Automatics — leaders in “Rostec.Biotechmed”, “Rostec Wings”, “Rostec Code” professional education tracks, with involvement of other twenty two Russia’s engineering universities. Training is delivered in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Ufa, Kazan, Irkutsk, Novosibirsk, Ulyanovsk, Sverdlovsk Region and other regions of Rostec’s presence.

The MTC Center of Rostec Academy with coordination by Rossotrudnichestvo is a single point of contact for submission of applications for international training programs in favor of Rostec’s partners.
