Rostec has presented a set of solutions for airlines and airports at the Russia and Venezuela — Strategic Partners business forum, which is taking place with the support from Rostec State Corporation. Russia’s Leonardo Passenger Service System, KUPoL continued airworthiness and aircraft maintenance system, and aeronautical equipment are among the solutions.
The KUPoL continued airworthiness and aircraft maintenance system created with the participation of RT-Project Technologies included in Rostec State Corporation accumulates information about the total aircraft life cycle, from production to end-of-life disposal, and brings together aircraft manufacturers and airlines in a single information space. This introduces automation into continued airworthiness and aircraft maintenance processes, and increases the accuracy, transparency and speed of all operations.
Russia’s Leonardo Passenger Service System has been created and is being continuously improved. The platform has already proved effective: more than sixty Russian airlines as well as air carriers from Venezuela and Belarus entrust their key business processes to it.
A competence center for introducing the Leonardo will appear in Latin American countries. It will be established on the basis of Venezuelan Conviasa S.A., which uses the Russian passenger service system.
The Russia-Venezuela forum is taking place in Caracas from 28 to 29 October with the support from Evrofinance Mosnarbank (included in Rostec State Corporation). The forum has encompassed government representatives of both countries and leading companies focused on the development of bilateral projects.
