The tram fully meets the requirements of the Accessible Environment program by ensuring barrier-free movement of people with restricted mobility in urban environment. The car is also suitable for carrying older people and passengers with prams and strollers.

To ensure easy entrance and exit of prams and strollers at stops, the tram has a telescopic ramp located in the central door area. In the low-floor section of the passenger compartment, a space for wheelchair users is provided and furnished with a support backrest, safety belts, audio and visual information systems.

An advanced control panel has been designed specifically for this car in full compliance with anatomic and ergonomic requirements imposed on the driver's workplace to avoid the risk of occupational diseases.  Controls on the driver’s control panel are optimized by their functionality. The driver’s cab is furnished with air conditioner and heating system.

Car design has been elaborated in line with advanced global trends and meets all current ergonomics and user-friendliness requirements.
