Aviation technology was chosen to be the centerpiece of Rostec’s exposition at the first INNOPROM. India International Industrial Trade Fair

Rostec State Corporation showcases more than 40 solutions in aviation, optics and medicine at the first INNOPROM. India International Industrial Trade Fair. Russia’s full-size PD-8 aircraft engine will take the key place at the exposition. The power unit created by United Engine Corporation using advanced technology is designed to be installed on the import-substituted Superjet and Be-200 amphibian. 

Aviation technology is the centerpiece of Rostec’s exposition. Rostec demonstrates Russia's Superjet, MC-21 and Il-114-300, and import-substituted Mi-171А3 and Ka-226Т. The full-size PD-8 with a length of 3.6 meters will be the main premier and point of attraction for visitors of INNOPROM. India. The new turbofan engine is designed for the Superjet regional airliner and Be-200 amphibian. Local materials and 25 critical technologies, 17 of which were implemented for the first time, were used for the project. 

A separate unit within Rostec’s exposition will be focused on medical technologies. Affordable diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation solutions are especially important for India. Rostec companies will showcase ophthalmic, gynecological and dental equipment, implants and prostheses, a portable tonometer for measuring intraocular pressure, and air disinfection systems. 

In the civil electronics area, Rostec will demonstrate professional audio equipment, means of communication and photography equipment — Zenit M digital camera and Russia’s Zenitar, Gelios and Selena lenses. 

The first INNOPROM. India International Industrial Trade Fair will take place on 9-11 September 2026 at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi on the eve of the 18th BRICS Summit. More than 120 companies from Russia and India will showcase their products in a total area of 10,000 sq.m.
