Rostec will show more than ten integrated IT products for digital ecosystems at the annual conference Digitalization of Industrial Russia (CIPR). This will be Rostec’s first demonstration of the domestic DeepMail protected mail system designed to fully substitute similar Microsoft products.

The DeepMail is included in the Unified Russian Register of Software. The system consists of a mail server and cross-platform client for Windows, Linux OS, and Android, iOS and Microsoft mobile platforms. The server provides high fail-safety, fast self-recovery and scaling during load fluctuations. The mail client has crypto security and built-in protection against spam and malicious messages. Introduction of the DeepMail into an infrastructure allows equivalent Microsoft (an American company) solutions to be fully substituted.

Solutions shown by Rostec at the CIPR include a Vertically-Integrated Medical Information System. This system is a totally new approach to medical care process digitalization. The platform is used to accumulate data and to plot a complete digital route in the patient-diagnosis-treatment profile. This ensures transparent medical care management and validation.

RPC Istok named after Shokin will demonstrate a solution designed to create digital twins of products, production processes and a whole factory. The system is based, in particular, on the proprietary IIoT.Istok platform. Neural networks perform production program planning. The solution will be used in digital transformation of military-industrial sector companies in the sanction pressure conditions.

RT-Innovative Solutions company will demonstrate an integrated information system for aircraft after-sales service. The system pulls together aircraft manufacturers and airlines by enabling them to exchange engineering data on equipment and components, handle documents and computerize damage recording, schedule maintenance and materials consumption, and to prepare forthcoming work procedures in accordance with machine configuration and intended use. Therefore, a single information ecosystem can be created throughout the aircraft life cycle and aircraft’s operating efficiency is improved.

The annual conference Digitalization of Industrial Russia (CIPR) is held on May 21-24 at one of the largest business and trade centers – the Nizhny Novgorod Fair. Rostec State Corporation is a strategic parter of the CIPR.
