Rostec showcases the Fellow, Lightning P and Delta Turbo civilian drones at the 17th International Economic Forum "Russia — Islamic World: KazanForum 2026» in Kazan. The aircraft can be used for terrain monitoring, cargo delivery and site protection. The Bekas drone detection system is also demonstrated.
The exposition, in particular, includes the Fellow, a new short-range small drone with a range up to 30 kilometers. It is equipped with a 160X hybrid zoom video camera, night vision, object following and position hold functions. The drone can be used for security, counter-terrorism and search-and-rescue applications. Due to its folding design and quick-release propellers, the drone is easily transportable and can be quickly prepared for flight.
The Bekas radar system can operate continuously more than 24 hours and detects various types of small aircraft. For mobility, it can be mounted on vehicles and help ensure security during mass events.
The Lightning drones can be effectively used for monitoring and security of oil and gas production sites, border control and emergency mitigation. The Lightning P picks up a speed to 270 km/h and can operate in a radius up to 60 kilometers. The drone can be helpful in Middle East countries.
The Delta Turbo with a turbojet engine gains a speed up to 260 km/h and covers a distance up to 200 kilometers, flying continuously for up to 45 minutes. The specifications allow the drone to be used for quick cargo delivery to hard-to-reach areas, for example, of drugs and rescue equipment.
