BARS Group included in Rostec State Corporation has demonstrated the BARS Fabrika digital manufacturing management system at the CIPR-2024. This is a flexible in-depth business analysis tool for large heterogeneous data volumes. The solution is based on Analytic Workspace BI platform and includes a ready-to-use dashboard set and analytical database that is necessary to increase operational performance in manufacturing. 

The BARS Fabrika analytics is built on job-order lead time and covers virtually all manufacturing aspects. At this point, the solution product portfolio includes dashboards such as operational analytics of main shop load, financial performance management, scheduled preventive maintenance monitoring and unplanned downtime statuses, monitoring of engineering and process flow documentation development, expenditure status and R&D progress for new product launch, and in-depth analysis of filling critical vacancies. 

The BARS Fabrika analytical functionality also includes visualization of work performed by engineers specializing in various disciplines – designer, process engineer, metallurgist, etc. This is used to view what an engineer is doing now, on which project the engineer’s work time is spent, the engineer’s performance discipline indicator for a particular day, week, month or quarter.
