It is based on the Sfera drone detection and suppression system that has proved effective in the special military operation zone

Chelyabinsk Polyot Radio Plant has created an integrated zonal counter-drone radar system. The solution may be scaled up to a city level. It is based on the Sfera drone detection and suppression system. 

“The key component — the Sfera system in various versions — has already proved effective in line of battle in the special military operation zone. Being vehicle-mounted, it neutralized more than ten enemy combat drones in motion, which is confirmed by the abstracts of operations logbook. The Sfera-MB system was tested at a research and development institute of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation in November this year. The military department has included it in the register of recommended products designed for effective counter-UAV measures,” said Aleksey Naumenko, General Director of Polyot Plant. 

The system made at the plant is capable of detecting and suppressing all types of drones. The solution may be used for protection of a single facility or scaled up to a whole city. Due to the modular design of the Sfera system, the protection system can be configured according to particular goals and objectives.
