Rostec State Corporation showcases the Gosudarstvennost hardware and software suite at the 1st International Security Forum The solution smoothly combines miscellaneous information systems and data arrays into a single digital ecosystem for company, industry or public management — depending on the customer needs. It is expected that the product will be demanded in friendly countries in Africa, Southeast Asia and Latin America.

The unique software product forms a single data model on the basis of vast digitized data on budgets, laws, sectors of economy, social processes, etc. The computer ensures logical data consistency, outputs analytical data and can simulate project, company, sector, society or country development scenarios taking into account all aspects — from social to financial ones.

The system has been developed by GiperGrafGrupp with the participation of RT-Project Technologies (included in Rostec). The solution is demonstrated on the basis of a domestically-built all-in-one computer made by RT-Project Technologies’ partner — RED International.

This is a powerful software and hardware suite that can simultaneously process more than 300,000 object classes taking into account more than 2.4 bln interconnections between them. The system database currently contains up to 500 mln records, and more than 20,000 algorithms are used for data analysis.

The solution creates automated control systems 10 times faster that traditional development methods, can replace all system classes and resolve a current problem of “misunderstanding” between individual IT systems, data used by them, and coding languages. At present, the software and hardware suite components have been tested in several Russian companies to validate their functionality and performance.
