JSC ROSOBORONEXPORT (part of Rostec State Corporation) is participating in the 1st International Security Forum, held from May 26 to 29, 2026, under the auspices of the Security Council of the Russian Federation at the Live Arena multifunctional complex in the Moscow Region.
The Company is presenting advanced Russian products designed to protect citizens, facilities and territories. It will also conduct presentations and participate in round tables focusing on the Forum’s key subjects.
«The International Security Forum is a new platform for demonstrating to our partners field-proven, cutting-edge equipment and solutions in the areas of countering terrorism, organized crime and protecting the interests of the State and society. ROSOBORONEXPORT has prepared a unique exhibit featuring a number of new products from Russian defence enterprises. For the first time, we are showcasing the Citadel anti-aircraft artillery system, the Garmon-MЕ radar capable of detecting aerial targets at ranges up to 60 km and operating in counter-battery mode, the Silok mobile C-UAS system, the Kombat armored vehicle, the Shturm armored truck and the Specter sniper system,» — said Alexander Mikheev, Director General of JSC ROSOBORONEXPORT.
ROSOBORONEXPORT’s exhibit is located in the forum’s outdoor display area and at its indoor exhibition stand. Its total area exceeds 600 square meters.
In the outdoor display area near the Live Arena, delegations from participating countries will be shown special-purpose armored vehicles such as the Spartak, Atlet, Tigr and Titan, as well as, for the first time in ROSOBORONEXPORT’s exhibit, the Kombat armored vehicle, the Shturm truck with a protected cabin and the ZZGT-3466 all-terrain vehicle.
In the air defence and electronic warfare area ROSOBORONEXPORT demonstrates field-proven hard-kill and soft-kill countermeasures against UAVs and precision-guided weapons. These included the Tor-M2KM SAM system from the Almaz-Antey Air Defence Concern and Russian solutions for electronic detection and suppression of unmanned aerial vehicles, guided bombs and missiles, including those developed and manufactured by holding companies affiliated with Rostec State Corporation.
The world premiere of the ZAK-30 Citadel anti-aircraft artillery system, manufactured by Rostec, is taking place at ROSOBORONEXPORT’s exhibition site. The system is designed to protect fixed facilities against multicopter and fixed-wing UAVs. It provides round-the-clock detection, automatic tracking and engagement of pinpoint air targets.
The Company presented the Garmon-ME radar from Almaz-Antey to detect unmanned aerial vehicles, the Pole-21E module to jam navigation channels and the Radescan system in the C-UAS version, the Skyhunter—4RS system and the RB-504P-E Silok system in a fixed version and, for the first time, the Silok in a mobile version on a vehicle base to detect and jam UAVs.
ROSOBORONEXPORT’s stand is located inside the Live Arena complex. It is divided into zones showcasing UAVs and loitering munitions, small arms, weapons and equipment for special operations forces and snipers, as well as technical solutions for protecting critical infrastructure and senior officials.
The UAV area features UAVs that are most in demand in the global market: the Lancet-E system developed and produced by ZALA, the SKAT 350M reconnaissance UAV and the Kub-2E loitering munitions from the Kalashnikov Group, the RUS-PE portable reconnaissance-and-strike container system, as well as two tactical UAVs, the Goliath and Karakurt.
The S350M-E reconnaissance UAV, as well as external (suspended) and internal (embedded) warheads for various types of UAVs, all developed and manufactured by Rostec, are displayed on the stand.
The small arms area includes the 9mm Lebedev pistol, the PPK-20 submachine gun, Kalashnikov AK-100 and AK-200 series, AK-15, AK-19 and the AM-17 compact assault rifles. 12-gauge shotguns and carbines are also on display as kinetic weapons against UAVs.
The stand features a display of weapons, equipment and gear for sniper and special forces units. Partners will be able to see both the latest and proven models, including the Chukavin SVCh sniper rifle, the ORSIST-5000M precision sniper rifle and the next-generation Specter sniper system.
To protect critical infrastructure and senior officials, ROSOBORONEXPORT is demonstrating for the first time the Portal-3 combined inspection system, capable of detecting cold steel and firearms, explosive device components, explosives, radioactive substances, hazardous chemicals, toxic and psychotropic substances and narcotic drugs.
In addition, this area features rapidly deployable facility security systems, perimeter security devices and specialized search-and-detection equipment.
The Company is also exhibiting a cutting-edge Russian cybersecurity system based on neural networks that provides complete 24/7 control of the information space. The neural network is trained according to the customer’s needs, automatically compiles the received information, analyzes it based on emotional coloring and outputs the results in text format. The system not only collects information from all sources, from social media to the dark web, but also promptly reports potential risks and provides expert recommendations for addressing them.
As part of the business program, ROSOBORONEXPORT will hold meetings and negotiations with partners both bilaterally and as part of the Russian delegation. It is planned to participate in round tables and events jointly with federal agencies from the Security Council of the Russian Federation.
