At the height of COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, KRET holding provided Russian hospitals with Aventa-M mechanical ventilators. Having faced a shortage of imports from foreign manufacturers who were supplying exclusively their internal markets, only three Russian factories were found to have this competence. Taking into account the manufacturing capacity and Russian market demand, KRET holding was appointed by a Decree of the Government as a sole supplier and increased the output exponentially by working twenty-four hours a day. More than 12,000 Aventa-Ms were supplied that year. This high class mobile ventilator has a turbine and state-of-the-art sensor control system. All digital parameters and respiratory graphics, including FiO2 and EtCO2 real-time monitoring, are displayed on the screen.

Aventa-M mechanical ventilator is designed for long-term ventilation in adult patients and children in resuscitation and intensive care units in any types of medical facilities.
