The BMP-3, the recognized “queen of infantry”, appeared in its robotic version at the Army this year. The machine modernization is carried out by Kurganmashzavod with the participation of the Russian National Research Institute Signal – both companies are part of the High Precision Systems holding. The key feature of the new version is the unmanned operation capability: the driver’s and gunner’s functions are robotized.

The Sinitsa (Tit) module mounted on the robotic infantry fighting vehicle has been already demonstrated at the Forum before as a part of BMD-4m2 amphibious assault vehicle. The weapons used on the vehicle include the 30mm 2А72 autocannon, 7.62mm PKTM machine gun and 100mm 2А70 gun which can be also used to launch anti-tank guided missiles. The fundamental difference between the Sinitsa and the previous modules is the state-of-the-art panoramic sight with imaging infrared channel to enable the 360-degree day and night view.

The KUB-E loitering munition has been developed by an unmanned aerial vehicle manufacturer - ZALA Aero, a part of the Kalashnikov Group. In November 2021, the drone successfully passed the official acceptance test and the export license was granted in January this year.

The KUB family includes airplane type explosive unmanned aircraft. They may be used to attack infrastructure facilities, light armor targets and enemy personnel. This drone is capable of flying as long as half an hour, loitering silently over the target and attacking the target by vertical diving from the upper hemisphere at the right moment. Such tactics allows to hit the most vulnerable top area of the armored vehicle body. The KUB-E dimensions are 1210mm x 950mm x 165mm, payload is up to 3kg and flying speed is up to 130km/h.

New system is an independent project of the High Precision Systems and is intended to ensure automated control of MLRS crews, artillery and mortar units. Planshet-M-IR may be mounted on the modern armored vehicles, coupled with various equipment such as UAV and reconnaissance radars, and is capable of operating any guns furnished with built-in automated guidance and fire control systems.

Working in a team with drones, the commander of an artillery section equipped with the Planshet-M-IR system has a real-time view of what is happening on the battlefield and can adjust fire. The internal system and command communication data is transferred via a protected satellite link. The new system is to undergo preliminary test before the end of the year.

Surfing on motorized boards or motorsurfs is an increasingly popular outdoor activity. Such boards allow you to surf on any body of water independently of waves. The movement is provided by a water jet propeller built in the board body. This is the type of vehicle presented by the Roselectronics holding at the Army-2022.

The motorized surfboard is made of advanced composite material to ensure light-weight and robust design. The board is driven by a 100cc engine allowing to accelerate up to 55km/h and keep moving for up to 60 minutes fully fueled. The motorized surfboard is affordable and safe – no special permits or licenses are required for operation.
