He congratulated the staff of the enterprise and awarded Alexander Kolobkov, plant’s Director General, the commemorative congratulatory address for invaluable contribution to the aviation sector development. Best workers of the plant were awarded with certificates of honor.

Moscow Engineering Plant ‘Znamya’ JSC is a part of ‘Aviation Equipment’ holding, which in turn is a part of ‘Rostec’ corporation. The enterprise produces and provides aftersale service of hydraulic units, servo drives, fuel control equipment, pneumatic units for aviation and special-purpose ground vehicles. Currently the plant actively participates in government target-oriented programs aimed at the branch development, as well as in cooperative production programs with domestic and foreign enterprises.
‘Aviation Equipment’ holding is a part of ‘Rostec’ corporation. It comprises 36 enterprises, located across the Russian Federation: in Moscow, Moscow region, Ufa, Samara, Ulyanovsk, Omsk, Arkhangelsk region and other regions of Russia. The company produces, operates and repairs all kinds of aviation equipment. It provides Russian and CIS markets with production for the key European, American and Asian aviation equipment manufacturers. Among the clients of the holding are such companies as Aeroflot, Sukhoi, Transaero, Airlines, UTair and other major air services market players.
‘Rostec’ was established in November 2007 to support Russian industry in developing, producing and exporting high-tech industrial products. The corporation includes 22 directly managed companies and 17 holdings, of which 12 are in the defence sector and five in civil industry. In total ‘Rostec’ comprises about 600 companies. The corporation has its headquarters in Moscow, and has a presence in 60 of Russia’s regions. It exports its products to 70 countries.
