Ruselectronics holding has developed a surface mount ultra precision chip resistor technology. The products have high thermal stability and are self-temperature-compensated and, thus, can be used in aerospace and other equipment. New electronic components will replace foreign products, including those made by US manufacturers.
Super precision chip resistors have the most accurate performance parameters. Thus, for example, the new products feature extremely low temperature coefficient of resistance — 5 ppm/degree Celsius and withstand temperatures from −55°C to +100°C.
A combined thin-film resistor structure used in the new products ensures thermal stability and makes it possible to achieve long service life in a wide variety of conditions. Therefore, they are suitable for aerospace electronic components, communications and navigation systems, and any other equipment requiring high reliability and ultra-small dimensions.
“New domestic super precision chip resistors are capable of substituting similar foreign products, including American Vishay’s components, supplies of which have been almost terminated. NIIEMP has currently proceeded to the manufacturing application of the developed technology,” pointed out Vyacheslav Zuev, General Director of NIIEMP, Ruselectronics holding.
