United Engine Corporation has launched an after-sales support IT system for the whole range of engines for new Russian civil aircraft. The online platform provides quick access to current technical documentation and allows UEC personnel to track power unit operating conditions. This is a part of an integrated after-sales support system to be formed for domestically produced aircraft equipment that will be delivered to airlines in 2026.

The system is unified for servicing various power units, including the PD-8 for the SJ-100, the PD-14 for the МС-21, and the TV7-117ST-01/02 for the Il-114-300 and Ladoga.

The platform, in particular, computerizes engine maintenance processes and records engine performance data to improve reliability and adaptability. The digital tool replaces similar foreign products and is fully adapted to Russian customers.

The information environment includes the following modules: Customer Support Center, Power Unit Fleet Management and Technical Publication Management. Thus, the Customer Support Center service is used for prompt receipt and handling of technical support requests.

The solution is based on the one-stop shop principle and provides one-stop access to information concerning power units for the corporation’s customers. Technical support center for the platform will be established at UEC-Aviadvigatel in Perm.
