STAN holding included in Rostec State Corporation has import-substituted the 2000VH five-axis milling machining center for aircraft and engine manufacturers, and military-industrial complex facilities. Batch production of the machine is established at NPO Stankostroenie in Sterlitamak. The high-tech gantry type center is unparalleled among domestically made equipment.

The 2000VH machine has been upgraded under the import substitution program. The upgraded equipment has a domestically made numerical control system and key components — milling swivel head, air breaking assembly and tool magazine. Operator’s workstation has been improved to offer increased ergonomics. 

Machine dimensions are 6.6m × 9.8m × 4.8m as those of a small building. The equipment occupies a floor space of 50 square meters and can machine parts up to 2 meters in diameter with a weight of 5 tons without tool adjustment. STAN’s proprietary unique milling swivel head can machine parts in horizontal, vertical and intermediate position.
