Rubtsovsk Machine-Building Factory of High-Precision Systems holding, Rostec State Corporation, has supplied another batch of upgraded BMP-1AM Basurmanin. All assemblies and components of the fighting vehicles have been completely repaired or replaced with new ones.
The vehicles have undergone all required types of tests, in particular, at least 70 shots made by each infantry fighting vehicle from a 30 mm gun in various modes and at least 150 shots made from the machine gun.
“Fulfillment of the state defence procurement program is the priority task of Rostec companies, weapons and vehicles are delivered to the customer on a regular basis. Thus, another batch of the BMP-1AM Basurmanin has been supplied. Due to modernization, this infantry fighting vehicle has improved its combat capabilities, became more mobile both on ground and in water,” commented Rostec’s representatives.
Production renewal process is currently underway at the company. The factory has also considerably increased the number of personnel and is ready to employ more that 100 engineers and blue-collar workers.
