Rosel holding has developed three new probe station models. These high-precision measuring instruments are necessary for quality and performance control of microelectronic components. The products will also help the manufacturers construct and verify mathematical models of various communications equipment to accelerate production and market entry.

Means of communication and cellular telephony, including GLONASS equipment, aircraft and car radars, 5G networks, etc., widely use ultra-precision monolithic integrated circuits (MIC). It is of fundamental importance to carry out probing of components during the development and launch into commercial production of new microelectronic devices to adhere to all product specifications.

Tomsk Research and Development Institute of Semiconductor Devices (included in Rosel) has developed and launched into the Russian market specialized probing stations, a convenient and simple tool for addressing such measurements tasks. The manual OmegaAir-150COAX and semi-automatic Terra-200 and Terra-200T are assembled and adjusted to a particular type of measurements and are used for DC, HF and microwave performance testing of semiconductor devices.
