POZIS equipped a major medical centre in Delhi with advanced disinfection devices
POZIS, an affiliate of the Techmash concern of the Rostec State Corporation, completed first supply of medical equipment to India. The enterprise equipped one of the largest medical centres in Delhi with advanced disinfection devices.
POZIS delivered antibacterial irradiators-recirculators to the centre under contract. The devices are designed for indoor air purification and disinfection. Their efficiency is 99.9%. The device is absolutely safe for people as the source of irradiation are environmental-friendly UV lamps with low mercury content.
"Russia and India have been cooperating for years in the industrial sphere, and today these two countries implement more than 200 joint projects as part of the Make in India programme focused on the military and technical field. Therefore, this contract is an important step towards expansion of our cooperation with India in the civil product sector. Besides, it addresses a strategic challenge of the State Corporation related to diversification of production and reaching the 50% share of civil products in the sales mix by 2025," – stated Oleg Evtushenko, executive director of the Rostec State Corporation.
"The medical product of POZIS was first demonstrated to the public at the international exhibition in Dubai (UAE), and it aroused a great deal of interest: more than 100 companies from India, Saudi Arabia, African and other countries visited the POZIS stand at the exhibition. As a result, we won a tender for equipping one of the largest medical centres in India," – noted Vladimir Lepin, CEO of the Techmash concern.
