The company currently starts producing prototypes of two videobronchoscope models

LOMO included in Kalashnikov Concern has developed endoscope prototypes and included them in the advanced research and development plan 2025 to create products whose specifications compare well with the world’s best models. 

LOMO currently starts producing prototypes of two videobronchoscope models: The BB-SV (6,3)-1 LOMO and BB-SV (5,5) LOMO. These devices are designed for diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopy in patients 10 years of age and older — the BB-SV (6,3)-1 LOMO, and in patients 5 years of age and older - the BB-SV (5,5) LOMO. 

The BB-SV (6,3)-1 LOMO with a large-diameter instrument channel (2.8 mm) is also indicated for use in resuscitation for tracheobronchial toilet to remove mucus and pus for better lung ventilation. 

As evidenced in practice, videobronchoscopes are particularly needed for cases of coronavirus disease.
