At the Victory Day Parade in Moscow more than 180 modern aircraft, helicopters, tanks, armored vehicles, anti-aircraft missile systems, multiple launch rocket systems and other types of weapons were presented which were created at Rostec enterprises. Eight new combat vehicles developed by “UVZ”, “Tekhmash” and “High Precision Systems” were shown on Moscow’s Red Square for the first time.
Among the demonstrated technologies were heavy TOS-2 ("Tosochka") flamethrowers, "Zemledelie" remote mine system vehicles, T-90M "Proryv" and T-80BVM tanks, 2S38 "Derivation-Air Defense" combat vehicles, anti-aircraft Pantsir-SM and Pantsir-SA complexes, as well as the Tornado-S multiple launch rocket system.
The T-15 Armata BMP with 57-mm remote-controlled cannon-machine-gun "Kinzhal" combat module, the Kurganets-25 BMP with 57-mm "Epoch" combat module and the modernized BMP-2 with “Berezhok” combat module were also displayed. For the first time, a remotely controlled "Hunter" weapon station was demonstrated as part of the "Typhoon-K" armored vehicle.
The aviation part of the parade was opened by 20 combat helicopters manufactured by the Russian Helicopters holding, including attack vehicles - Mi-35M, Ka-52 Alligator and Mi-28N Night Hunter. They were followed by more than 50 aircraft created at enterprises of United Aircraft Corporation including the strategic bombers Tu-95MS "Bear", Tu-160 "White Swan", multi-role fifth generation Su-57, as well as MiG -31K interceptors equipped with "Kinzhal" hypersonic capabilities.
