The system is designed for process monitoring.

The system gathers data from built-in sensors to ensure online operation and loading monitoring of production lines — from a particular work place to a whole facility. The sensor data is output to the production control center. The equipment can exchange data on its own for system optimization and self-sufficiency, including self-testing and self-service. In addition, the system detects deviations from control program execution in case of manual operation of the equipment.

IIoT.ISTOK platform is being successfully implemented at Rostec’s companies.

The solution is used to monitor equipment operation, carry out maintenance operations proactively before any problems occur, and for load balancing.
