The Stayer is a special-purpose wing type parachute system.

It is used for jumping at altitudes from 700 m to 10 000 m with the maximum flight weight up to 180 kg. This is a record-breaking weight for parachutes designed for personnel airdrop.

Since jumping is possible almost from ultrahigh altitudes, the system includes a breathing apparatus to ensure oxygen supply to a paratrooper in rarefied atmosphere conditions, moisture-proof night vision goggles and an equipment container holding up to 50 kg of outfit and weapons.

The Stayer has been created under the Yunker-O research and development project by Polyot Ivanovo Parachute Factory included in Technodinamika. Proactive development was conducted in favor of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation. The system is unparalleled on the Russian market.

The main parachute wing area is 28,4 m.

Downwind range from an altitude of 8 km is up to 35 km
