The Shvabe Holding of Rostec State Corporation continues to sell its photographic equipment abroad. In October, the "Helios" and "Zenitar" lenses produced by Krasnogorsky Zavod entered American and Chinese markets with various modifications.
Deliveries include models of "Helios", "MS Zenitar" and "Zenitar" lenses. All photographic equipment was produced at Krasnogorsky Zavod (KMZ), part of the Shvabe holding. Sales will be carried out in the United States, Canada, China, as well as elsewhere in North America and Southeast Asia.
Long-term cooperation entails annual delivery of at least 1,000 lenses to official representatives of KMZ in these countries. People can order domestic equipment from anywhere in the world.
“Our lenses and cameras have been present in these countries for over 50 years. They are in demand among Chinese and American amateur photographers due to their high-quality technical characteristics and artistic abilities. Zenitar and Helios are legendary brands, and we are proud that they not only survived, but got a new life," said Alexander Novikov, General Director of KMZ.
At the beginning of 2020, Zenit M cameras with Zenitar 1/35 lens started to be sold in the USA.
