The technology is based on the optical index of refraction and colouration analyses which is unique. With its help the experts will be able to analyze the quality of dairy and fermented dairy food, wines, vegetable oils and other food products.

Each product has optic parameters. Primarily it`s the refraction index and colouration that depend on the ingredients and manufacturing technology. The invention is based on the comparison of the manufactured product parameters with the etalon ones. In case of permissible variation from the standard the product is considered to be the qualitative one and can be consumed or sent to the distributing facilities. In case of significant deviations the sample is considered to be not qualitative.
