Ruselectronics holding, Rostec State Corporation, has developed and started mass production of routers to create a secure information infrastructure. The equipment operates on the basis of the Baikal BE-T1000 processor, and the software is entirely Russian development.

The modular structure enables each device to be customized according to a specific client’s requirements. The router is equipped with PoE ports (PoE - Power over Ethernet), through these ports data and power are transmitted simultaneously. Due to this feature, the devices can be used in a video surveillance system and to organize access to video conferencing.

"High-quality telecommunications equipment of domestic production should be the basis of the IT landscape of Russian companies, both large and small. This is especially important now, under political and economic pressure on our country. The router, which Ruselectronics serially manufactures, will help businesses reduce dependence on imported solutions, as well as ensure information security for themselves," said Oleg Yevtushenko, CEO of Rostec State Corporation.

The router's design allows to connect a hard drive or extension modules for additional network interfaces and data transfer functions. The device is designed for use in small organizations with up to 50 employees.
