By Cosmonautics Day, Octava DM relaunched sales of MK-207 limited edition microphones. Collectible microphones differ from serial ones by the "space" case design. To commemorate the 61st anniversary of Yuri Gagarin's flight, a special consignment of professional MK-207 condenser vocal microphones was created. The usual stripe logo on the body gave way to a three-banded rocket track.

"We want to remind that in 1961, the country's first cosmonaut said his famous «Poehali!» (Let's go!) into the microphone, which after decades is produced in Tula. Now "Octava" is known to most professional sound engineers in the world. The limited release of the microphone for a live performance is a landmark step and a tribute to generations of Soviet and Russian designers, "said Lyubov Stalnova, marketing director of the Octava plant.

The microphone is designed for musical performances, works mellowly with sibilants and explosive consonants, and the wide orientation of the capsule allows to cover all the resonators and convey the quality of vocals without loss.

The limited MK-207 microphone can be ordered on the official website of the company, or purchased in the museum store of the Creative Industrial Cluster «Octava» during the "Space Week». The brand also has updated the collection of designer merchandise dedicated to space.
