Kalashnikov has Increased the Output of Military and Civilian Products

Kalashnikov Concern has ramped up the output of military and civilian products by 50%. The company has also increased the revenue at the end of the first six months by 70% compared with the same period last year. 

There is growth in all areas: from military production to related load on machine tool building and tool-making facilities. Thus, the weapon manufacturing division has entered the second six months with new additional contracts. The machine tool building division has increased the amount of orders from external customers by 13%, in particular, there is consistent interest in the 250ITVM machines: almost twice as many machines were fabricated in the first six months compared with the same period last year. The special-purpose equipment division has fulfilled the product shipment schedules under the state defence procurement program by 100%. 

Machine fleet renewal is underway within the in-depth modernization program in all company divisions, new automated lines are opened in weapon and special-purpose equipment divisions, scheduled large-scale modernization of personnel amenities is performed. 

According to Andrey Baryshnikov, Managing Director of Kalashnikov Concern, the six-month schedule has been successfully fulfilled with partial shortage of personnel due to efficient operations management and high personal responsibility of the company team for final production results.
