VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation of Rostec State Corporation became the first Russian partner of Airbus company, whom the aircraft building concern named the supplier of best quality products. It was stated by Mr. Orazio Lanzotti, the Airbus representative, on the 6th
of February.
The meeting of Mr. Orazio Lanzotti with Mr. Oleg Leder, Marketing and Sales Deputy Director General, Mikhail Leder, Science and Technology Director, Aleksander Kozhurov, Quality Director, and Oleg Ryabov, Production Director, was held on the 6th
of February in the VSMPO museum & exhibition centre. Mr. Orazio Lanzotti presented to the Corporation top management a delicate crystal-glass statuette as a symbol of recognition of the Russian enterprise as the supplier of quality products to the largest European aircraft manufacturer.
“VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation became our first partner from Russia, to whom we have presented the “Best improvement” award for the achievements in products quality improvement. Our company management believes that your enterprise worked very well in the past year and so I have the pleasure of being here in Verkhnaya Salda to hand over this award. I am honored to congratulate you and express my hope for further fruitful cooperation” - Orazio Lanzotti said.

We should remind that in 2017 at the International Aerospace Show in Zhukovsky the European aircraft building concern Airbus made to VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation a proposal on extending the export range of the Russian-made titanium product line for the concern’s new projects.
