Russian Aerospace Forces Team Won First Place in Aviadarts-2017

 

The Russian team of military pilots won the first place in the International Competition Aviadarts-2017 held in Taipingchuan, China.

"The struggle was tough, Chinese pilots have proved to be excellent professionals, but Russian pilots are unbeatable", said the Commander of the Aerospace Forces Team Colonel General Victor Bondarev, as reported by RIA Novosti.

The International Competition Aviadarts-2017 have ended on 10 August 2017. The Russian Aerospace Forces team took the gold. The final medal count of the team included four golden, four silver and four bronze medal won by the Russian pilots.

The winners of Aviadarts-2017 were two crews from Lipetsk (Su-25 and Su-35 fighters), helicopter pilots from the Eastern Military District (Mi-8AMTsH) and military transport aviation pilots from Pskov (Il-76).

Rosoboronexport congratulated the Russian pilots on the victory. "Your highest professionalism and unique technical features of Russian attack aircraft have demonstrated the superiority of the Russian aviation. I am sure that your success will once again assure our Chinese partners that their choice of Russian aircraft for their air forces was right", said the CEO of  Rosoboronexport Alexandr Mikheev.

As was noted by representatives of Rosoboronexport, air-superiority multirole fighter Su-35 of the 4++ generation arouses heightened global interest today.
