Graduated with honors from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

PhD in Economics.

Professional activity

Worked in business structures from 1991.

In 2007, he was appointed Director of the Department of Chemical Engineering Complex and Bioengineering Technologies of the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation. In 2008, he was appointed Director of the Department of the Chemical Engineering Complex and Bioengineering Technologies of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

In 2013, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation by order of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.

In 2018, he was appointed First Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

Acting First Degree State Councilor.
