RT-Capital is an organization of Rostec State Corporation specializing in working with distressed and non-core assets. It is a center for crisis management and asset transformation. RT-Capital develops and implements comprehensive solutions for financial rehabilitation and asset restructuring. From 2010 to 2020, it developed over 80 crisis rehabilitation programs for defense industry enterprises.

RT-Capital LLC was established on December 3, 2010. The main activity of the company until 2016 was work with problematic debts of enterprises of Rostec State Corporation within the framework of financial recovery programs. Starting in 2016, RT-Capital began engagement as a specialized company to work with non-core and problematic assets of Novikombank JSCB. Distressed assets were transferred under an assignment agreement to determine the strategy for their restructuring, development and restoration of solvency, as well as support the bankruptcy process.
In 2018-2020, RT-Capital acted as a specialized center for working with distressed and non-core assets across Rostec. The company's portfolio includes 140 organizations from the defense industry to pharmaceuticals.
The main activity of RT-Capital is crisis management, development and implementation of programs for financial recovery and transformation of enterprises of the military-industrial complex. The company has formed a highly professional team consisting of specialists from different fields, which allows us to offer our expertise and develop comprehensive solutions for the management of non-core and problematic assets, including programs for financial recovery and restructuring of industrial enterprises, large corporations and banks.
- Financial recovery of PJSC Motovilikhinskiye Zavody
In 2018, RT-Capital began work on a large-scale crisis management program for Motovilikhinskiye Zavody in order to preserve the strategic enterprise. For three years, RT-Capital has been providing the plant with financial and technological support. In 2020, despite the coronavirus pandemic and the resulting negative macroeconomic consequences, the civilian division maintained a profitable trend, mastered the production of new high-margin products and began export deliveries. The military division participates in projects for the development of the Russian army. For example, the plant together with “Splav” developed the new TOS-2 Tosochka heavy flamethrower, the presentation of which took place at Russia’s Victory Parade on June 24, 2020.
- Crisis management of JSC "Mariinsky mine"
RT-Capital received Mariinsky Mine JSC into trust management in January 2020 in order to implement a new development strategy. It involves the reconstruction of an underground mine, an increase in the level of production and boosting the economic efficiency of the enterprise until 2025. In 2020, Mariinsky Mine kept the volume of precious stones extraction at the level of the previous year, with deviation not exceeding 6%.
Under the leadership of RT-Capital LLC, for the first time in the past 30 years the mine began to develop new workings of emerald-beryllium blocks. This will allow not only mining and processing precious stones, but also to start the implementation of the beryllium program, as well as launching a mine reconstruction project and providing the area with work for the next 30-50 years.
- Financial recovery of the Belebeevsky plant "Avtonormal"
In 2019, RT-Capital prevented the bankruptcy of the enterprise by taking control over JSC Belebeevsky Zavod “Avtonormal” and restarting the complete transformation of the enterprise by 2026. The plant’s development program provides for the creation of a center of excellence for the production of normals for high-tech industries of heavy industry and the modernization of the production site.
Increasing the economic efficiency of “Progress”, a manufacturer of equipment for welding and heating radiators under the PRADO brand. At the end of 2019, the company increased its revenue by 43%, up to 2 million rubles.
Financial recovery of "STAN"
RT-Capital, together with the management of STAN, is implementing a comprehensive crisis management program, which includes a plan for financial recovery of the company and restoration of the working capacity of the largest machine-tool holding in Russia. Thanks to the implemented measures, by the end of 2020 the company sold 67 machines worth over 4.5 billion rubles for delivery in 2021, its order book exceeded 16 billion rubles (+25%), and its debt burden decreased. The company paid off accounts payable in the amount of 2.5 billion rubles. The product range of STAN covers 70% of Russia’s needs in this area.
