JSC Technodinamika is a leading Russian designer and manufacturer of aircraft equipment, including landing gear, fuel systems, flight control systems, and auxiliary power units. The holding company was established in 2009. The entities under its umbrella engage in design, production, and post-sale servicing of aircraft systems and equipment.

The company's General Director is Igor Georgievich Nasenkov.

Company history

In December 2013, the State Corporation Rostec transferred to Technodinamika its 8.4-billion ruble stake in 16 enterprises, as an asset contribution. As a result, the holding company's share capital increased by more than eight times. In July 2014, Technodinamika received from Rostec stakes in 10 more companies specializing in designing and manufacturing aviation systems and aircraft equipment. The value of the transferred shareholdings was about 3.4 billion rubles.

Among the companies whose shares have been transferred to Technodinamika by Rostec in 2013–2014, were Research, Development, and Production Company (NPP) Start, JSC Aviagregat, NPP Respirator, Ufa-based NPP Molniya, Scientific Research Institute of Parachute Construction, AO SEGZ (Sarapul Electric Generators), Balashikha Casting and Mechanical Plant, Solnechnogorsk Mechanical Plant, JSC Moscow Machine Building Plant RASSVET, Moscow Electromechanical Plant, Electric Machine-Building Plant VELKONT, JSC Agregat, 2nd Moscow Instrument Engineering Plant, and JSC Gidroavtomatika.
