LADA Vesta won the Russian Automobile Forum Award, which takes place in Moscow on 15th and 16th of March. The car was awarded with ''The Best product of the year'' nomination.
Forum experts noted, that LADA Vesta sedan became the first car in the new LADA generation with the proprietary X-style. The car quickly joined the number of leaders of the Russian market and took the 4th position in the most popular models rating of 2016. Overall sales amounted to more than 55 thousand cars last year.
LADA Vesta continues to strengthen its position in the market in 2017. The car took the third position from January till February period. The sedan sales on the European market began – it is available in Germany, Hungary and Bulgaria.
The LADA Vesta model line will continue to develop. In the second half of 2017, the station wagon model and its ''Cross'' version will hit the market.
The prize of the Russian Automobile Forum is a professional award, which is the annual celebration of the companies’ and top managers’ contribution and success in the development of the Russian automotive industry. Last year, LADA Vesta was also awarded with the RAF Prize. Despite the economic crisis and the difficult situation in the country`s automobile market, the company managed to produce two new cars which are LADA Vesta and LADA XRAY. That is the reason why the forum organizers awarded AVTOVAZ.
